William George Klemz, 78, of 25673 C.R. 6, died Thursday (March 25, 2004) in Elkhart, IN

He was born May 27, 1925, in Chicago, IL to George and Katie (Edel) Klemz. On Aug. 6, 1977, in Chicago, he married Camilla Lary.

She survives with a son, James Klemz; three daughters, Katie Klemz, Darlene Klemz and Patricia Klemz; a stepson, Don Janis; and a stepdaughter, Patricia Kindle.

Indiana University Anatomical Education Program received the body. Alpha Funeral Service in Indianapolis is handling arrangements.

Mr. Klemz was a chef at Holiday Inn for five years, retiring in 1984. Previously he worked four years for Garlic Press. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a member of VFW Post 985 in Goshen, and of Harvest Basket and Family Pioneers, both in Elkhart
