Harvey Walter Hall,  was born January 25, 1921 in Fresno. CA., died March 2, 2010 in Portland, OR. Harvey was a PBX phone system installer for Pacific Northwest Bell.  Harvey is survived by his sons, Barry L. and Steve W. and daughter, Charlyn L. Berg. Harvey served on the Destroyer, USS SIGSBEE DD502 during WWII.

A funeral was held at 12:30PM Tuesday, March 9, 2010, in Gateway Little Chapel of the Chimes. There was visitation prior to the service.

Webmaster's Notes: Harvey W Hall enlisted in the US Navy V-6 program September 5, 1942 at Portland, OR. His service number was 655 16 70. Harvey W Hall, S2c, was assigned to the USS Sigsbee DD502 Commissioning crew at Brooklyn Navy Yard,NY, January 23, 1943. Harvey W Hall served with honor on the DD502 until October 1945, advancing in rating to Gunners Mate 2c. On the Sigsbee Harvey was known as Charles Atlas to his close friends.
